For 60 minutes, you’ll lie down, close your eyes, and let go.
You’ll be gently guided through breathwork to calm the body, then led into a rich inner landscape through visualisation and story—supported by the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.

Frequently Asked Questions
How will I feel at the end of the event?
If you have been predominately functioning from your sympathetic nervous system, you will feel very relaxed afterwards. As your body will be holding on to the relaxation it hasn’t had for a while. Whereas, if you have predominately been functioning from your parasympathetic nervous system, you will feel refreshed and likely energised.
I have not done hypnosis before, is it safe?
You will remain conscious throughout and hypnosis is actually most effective when you are consciously relaxed as opposed to unconscious or asleep. Hypnosis is no less safe than meditation or guided visualisations and is suitable for anyone.
I have not done sound therapy before, is it safe?
It is advised that sound instruments are NOT placed near any implanted electrical device, artificial joints or the abdomen of a woman who is in her first trimester of pregnancy. As the vibration from the soundwaves may impact these. Note: this is in reference to the physical vibration not hearing the sound through your ears.
