REFUND POLICY

Our digital product is a monthly subscription service. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Prepaid Subscription: The subscription is prepaid, and you will receive the product on a date specified by us after payment.

  2. Change of Mind Refund: You can request a change of mind refund prior to the delivery of the digital goods. Once the digital goods are delivered, refunds will not be provided.

  3. Subscription Cancellation: After receiving the digital goods, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, goods already received will not be refunded.

  4. Annual Subscription Refund: If you have prepaid for a full year's subscription, you may request a refund for the remainder of the subscription. We will provide a partial refund for the digital goods not yet received.

  5. Non-Delivery: If we do not provide the goods as agreed, a refund for that month will be given.

  7. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to keep payment details and subscription information up to date. It is also the customer's responsibility to cancel the subscription if desired. Please note that a failed payment will result in immediate cancellation of the subscription.
