What happens during a Focus Session?

During the two hours we have an in-depth discussions, and complete any clearing or reprogramming processes. The main technique I use is Matrix Therapies, which you can read more about here.

What is the difference between the Focus Sessions and Hypnophoric Sessions?

The Focus Sessions include both coaching and hypnosis where we work through resolving the root issues. These are intensive sessions and are great if you have problems or patterns that need deep subconscious work to shift.

The Hypnophoric Sessions are hypnosis only and are “lighter” in that you can relax and listen to the hypnosis. The style of hypnosis I write is based on Eriksonian Hypnosis which is known for working with and empowering the subconscious. These sessions are better if there is one particular thing you want to resolve or improve.

How many appointments do I need?

As many as you like, it depends on where you are currently at in life, and where you want to take your life.
